Wegmans Update To Coupon Policy
Last week I did another run to Wegmans stocking up on some of the great deals they have. So I had myself a bunch of manufacturer and Internet Printable coupons.
Once I save $25 in coupons the CSM comes over and has to overide each additional coupon. I knew Wegmans takes (4) like coupons per day but what the NEW CHANGE is they now only take (2) Like Internet Printable Coupons.
I have a love/hate relationship with Wegmans but this new change will surly make it even more of a challenge to coupon and stock up.
By the way you can check out Wegmans Coupon policy but it has not been update. Kinda makes it difficult to coupon if the rules change and they don’t inform their customers. (I did make the recomendation that they do updated it)

What are your thoughts on this new change?
So last week I asked what your favorite stores were to shop at and why? This week I though I would ask do you stockpile and if so how much is to much?
I will go first.
Yes, of course I stockpile cuz that is how I really save money! How much of an item do I stockpile well that all depends. I figure out how much of that item will my family go through until the next sale. I then keep in mind expiration dates!
If you have attended a coupon seminar of mine then you know my family LOVES peanut butter see below a picture from my summer peanut butter stockpile:
Not a huge amount. But enough to get my family through until the next sale. My stockpile has gone up and done. I just added Planters peanut putter from a few weeks ago from the Tops deal!
So as you can see from the picture, I am not a hoarder of peanut butter but I do have my fair share to last my family for a few months until the next big sale. By the way if you were wondering I paid If I remember .50¢ a jar for the peanut butter! That usually is my stock up price.
Now I do have a bunch and a mean a bunch of toothpaste about 30 tubes! That is a lot for me seeing as we go through 1 tube a month. So what are my plans for the rest? I am on the Board Of Directors where my daughter attends school. When we have a meeting I bring my tote of FREE goodies. It is a way of me giving back to my community. I also set such items aside for teachers gift bags at Christmas time!
But again I never have a huge abundance of any one item in my home such as hundreds or my goodness thousands. To me that is to much but that is just my opinion.
So what are your thoughts and opinions on this subject. Are you a stockpiler or a closet hoarder? Come on you can tell!!!
It has been very quiet this week around here on Crazy About Savin. I know you are out there!
So I thought I would come up with a topic in hopes it would get you all gibber jabberer-en! My topic this Friday afternoon is:
What is your favorite store to shop at and why?
I will go first. My favorite store changes from time to time, but as of today it is Tops Market. I can really stock up on items at Tops more than I can at any other store. As prices for gas are going through the roof and it is only going to get worse. I love the fact that I can earn gas points to low my OOP cost. I have almost earned 30 gallons of gas for FREE this earning period.
I also LOVE the Catalina Deals. They allow you to roll deals, maximize your savings, and build a stock pile!
Lastly, at my Tops Market here in Penn Yan, NY the customer service I receive is great. I am on a first name basis with many of the people that work there. It makes for a fun family shopping experience.
So what is your favorite store to shop at and why? Come on…I want to know!
